Refund and cancellation policy

Every cake from Natali's Art Cake is custom designed and made to order, so our refund policy works a little differently from a regular shop.

Deposits

A deposit holds your date and starts your order. If you cancel before we have started preparing your cake, your deposit may be refunded. A refund is not guaranteed in every situation, and each request is reviewed individually.

Once preparation has started

We buy ingredients and make decorations specifically for your order. Decorations and ingredients that have been purchased or prepared for your cake cannot be returned or reused, so we cannot refund the cost of these items. If you cancel after preparation has started, the refund will not include them.
